Is Manifestation Really Just Toxic Positivity?

I was recently asked how one balances Conscious Creation with Toxic Positivity. Which was a term I had to google, not that I had no idea what it means; it's inherently obvious in the name, however I had never explored this concept and wanted to be clear on the definitions before chiming in on it.
The idea of "Toxic Positivity" is just that- an idea. It's a manifestation, a concept, it is not a definitive truth. It can only come to be if one assumes it. It is not inherently true that maintaining a positive outcome amidst undesirable circumstances is toxic or detrimental. As with everything, it all comes from your state of being, your identity and thus definitions of yourself, your behaviors and their consequences. Though I did come across some clear indicators differentiating the state that manifests as "Toxic Positivity" as compared to the state that manifests consciously and deliberately.
So lets get into that.
Consciously choosing a preferred outcome as the creator of your reality contains a confidence, a faith, a trust in what one is choosing. There is not a resistance to circumstances, nor is there a judgment or a suppressing of emotions one may be feeling. There is an acceptance to what has manifested, a non judgmental release of any feelings and emotions, even doubts and fears, along with a surrender to the desired circumstances or outcome. When consciously creating we can name our feelings and emotions without the fear that admitting or naming them is bad. We can accept all and allow ourselves to express that human aspect of our perceived limitation. In fact it's through this very expression or naming, that we are often able let go of it and thus choose what is preferred through maintaining a faith in the unseen. Maintaining faith in your preferred circumstances is a surrender to fulfillment as opposed to a denial or suppression of nonfulfillment. Embodying a state of denying or resisting one thing, is very different from embodying a state of accepting and choosing another thing. In other words we cannot get to where we choose to be if we are remaining in awareness of where we would rather not be.
To manifest your experience from the God State truly means to see and accept the now as perfection, to hold the faith of your desired outcome. It is to lean into the kingdom of heaven within, which is your consciousness. From this state we can explore and find fulfillment within, we can call upon the source, the father that is always with us and we can dwell in the place where our heart is filled with love and gratitude for our chosen reality.
To embody the concept or idea of "Toxic Positivity" and manifest your experience from this state looks more like a suppression of emotions, feelings and circumstances rather than a denial of their truth, validity or permanence. It includes doubt and fear however, it manifests as shame in naming these emotions, so they are suppressed and buried under a false hope of "it's fine" as opposed to faithful conviction in the outcome. The one manifesting reality from this state, is not operating from the knowing that all of creation and thus reality begins and ends in the mind. They perceive reality as a thing that is happening to them while holding on to a hope that all will work out for them. It's not true that one operating form this state won't see some or even all of their desires come to pass, as that depends on their assumptions and beliefs regarding their perceived worthiness of or the likeliness of the desires manifesting. However it will likely be experienced as a bumpy road of unhealthy management of emotions and feelings of anxiety or fear, shame and even resentment along the way. Basically if we are naming ourself or our behaviors as bad or unhealthy, we will experience ourselves as such.
Remember you are the decider of your state. It is not a definitive truth that one will "fall a victim" to "Toxic Positivity" rather it is an available experience for one to have as consciousness. It all comes down to how you are identifying, naming and defining yourself in relation to what appears as the world around you.
